DELIVERY - DURING SPRING AND FALL PLANTING SEASON:
For orders over $100, delivery is free within a fifty mile radius of Petrolia.  Sarnia deliveries are on Wednesdays and Fridays.  Other points in Lambton and Kent receive delivery on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Orders must be placed in advance of required delivery date.
 
WINDOVER'S TWO YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY:
All nursery stock is GUARANTEED 100% through the first Winter.  We will replace any tree, shrub or evergreen which we are satisfied died of natural causes.  For up to twenty-four months from the time of purchase, the guarantee will be 50%.  The warranty does not cover more than the original purchase price paid.  Trees planted by Windover's carry a 100%, 24 month replacement guarantee.  (Some conditions apply).  Roses, house plants, annuals, seeds and potted Christmas trees are not guaranteed.  In applying for adjustment, the original purchaser must present proof of purchase.  (Guarantee is VOID if account is NOT PAID in full within thiry days).
This warranty is good for ONE replacement only.

PLANTING CHARGE:
All evergreen, shade and ornamental trees - fifty percent of purchase price.  All hedges - seventy-five percent of value of stock. TERMS:
Prices quoted are C.O.D. and subject to change without notice.  Payment is expected with the order unless other arrangements have been made.  All orders are booked on the condition they become void should we be unable to supply any of the stock through causes over which we have no control.  Gift Certificates and credits will be honoured for one year only.  P.S.T. and G.S.T. TAX NOT INCLUDED.  INTEREST OF TWO AND ONE HALF PERCENT PER MONTH WILL BE CHARGED ON ACCOUNTS OVER THIRTY DAYS.
